Need help with the the new accelerator pack

I had recenently purchased the unity plus with accelerator pack 1 month ago and i recieved an email stating that i would get an extra bonus pack and that i would be emailed with the details i never recieved the second email so i emailed support its been a week and never heard anything back now it says tommrow is the last day and i yet to get my extra bonus pack dont know if this is the right place to post this or not but for 35 dollars a month i would have thought that i would get better support than this when i look at the page it says i can buy it for 75 dollars but the email i got said it would be free for me any help appreciated thanks

The bonus “Essentials” pack isn’t supposed to be available until June 30, they will email everyone who gets it before then. Here’s the Q&A from their website:

If you subscribed to Plus or Pro within the last 30 days, you are eligible to receive the Accelerator Pack at no charge — please contact Unity Support to request access to your Accelerator Pack and they will be happy to assist you. As a subscriber, you are eligible to receive an Essentials Pack of your choosing regardless of the 30 day stipulation. You will receive information at your email address associated with your Unity ID by June 30, including how to select and redeem your Essentials Pack.

I have the alike problem. But my problem is not getting the accelerator pack, I join the Unity Plus project at June 15, and till now I am not getting the accelerator pack yet. I got the Essentials Pack this morning but still no accelerator pack.
