need help with tiling

Hi in was just wondering if anyone has a recommended tiling for large places like mountains as i want it to look good close and far away
currently its set at 250 by 200 and looks like :

Does anyone know how i can get the tiling much better(recommended size?) or shaders to fix the problem and make it look much better

Is this just a poor cliff/mountain texture to use

I know the mountains now bad looking but i would like to eventually get nice looking levels like WoW,Rift skyrim etc

The terrain is the standard 2k by 2k if that makes much difference in the sizes
