Need I Paid Unity License to use Free Trial of MARS or not?

MARS is a paid package yes. I thought you where referring to Unity Pro needed to use MARS.
What I meant was that you can use Unity free with MARS, but yes MARS after the trial will be $50.00 per month.

Hi. I wanted to know how to end the trial. I cannot seem to find any option to do so.
I wish Unity included MARS into the Unity Pro subscription instead of putting a Pay Wall for extra features.
Hi, you should be able to manage your subscription at id.unity.com > My Account > My Seats
The other place seat management may appear is under id.unity.com > Organizations

Hello! Really excited to get started with MARS. However, when I try to checkout with the trial, it requires a ‘Unity Pro’ license to move forward. I have setup my organization and have the personal license setup.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

It only allows me to continue with the Pro license added:
