Need idea's for making ribbon roads

Hello all, I am making a racing game, and I want to use a flowing ribbon type of road like in this video HERE . My question is, what is the better method of making the ribbon tracks, using Blender or another program?

MegaShapes has a lovely lofting system for doing such things.

Awesome, I will have to try both megashapes and 3D Roads. I will let you know how things go.
