need something (code) for "fast attraction"

So, here is the thing.
I am tring to manage that a tiny ship that is not moving fast is attracted by a rocket, that moves fast.
And.. I tried a lot, but i cant find any script that is working without some physics glitches...
SO, helps would be very kind, or some ideas.

How are these objects moving? Are they Rigidbodies using AddForce methods? Are you just manually updating their Transform.positions?

Generally if the ship is a Rigidbody, you would just apply a force in FixedUpdate in the direction form the ship to the missile.
