For what type of games?

Unity has the 2D lerpz :
-Unity 2D tools for game dev – evolved for optimal graphics performance

Also, we have on unitygems.com an article on 2D space shooter AI. This is not a tutorial, just some tips on how to get your enemies to do some simple movements.

Why not start firstly from a simple like make a Flappy bird https://www.youtube.com/user/quill18creates/videos I found this one in searching and this is awesome check their videos he is amazing and in his channel there are also a Multiplayer FPS Tutorial and a full 2d clone bird making tutorial .

Hi, I teach how to create a 2d game like doodle jump for beginners using Unity in my book.
