hi, i’ve submitted the skeleton knight to the asset store about 3 weeks ago, i’ve checked my sales about 2 weeks ago, i was told by email ( a this time there was no other way to do that than by email ) that i had 3 sales for this feature. and i was suggested to raise its price. A few days ago i decided to raise the price and update the product description. But unfortunately there was an error ( from unity’s side, my upload was pending for review ). And i had no confirmation email after that. The asset store content manager told me to resubmit it. that’s what i did yesterday. But The really bad news is that it appears on the new web page where you can check your sales and purchases, that i didn’t had any revenue from this feature !!! It even don’t appear on the package, that were submitted.
I know the asset store content manager told that there was an important change that was incoming, and maybe my asset has been wiped out during this. So here i would like to know if other’s encountered the same problem as me or if those who bought the skeleton knight could send an email to the asset store with the license confirmation they received after purchase.
