Needing some Answers. [I don't know if I was looking in right area]

To point:

I have been looking everywhere but can’t find my answer to the usage of Unity. I was told by my friend I would have to get permission to Publish my game that i am working on (which isn’t much). I am using the Unity Personal Edition as i don’t have the money to by the Pro version.

Do I have to Purchase the Pro version to publish my game.

I was wondering also if i was to make some money would ya’ll fine me for it.
If i was to make money I would Purchase the Pro if it is required to be able to earn money from the game.

Those are questions you’re asking so they need questions marks to end them but the answer to them is your friend is wrong. Pay $25 once to Google and you can publish & make money, you hope reasonably, on GooglePlay using Unity Personal Edition.

You can publish games made with personal. You can make money on them. If you make more then 100k you have to upgrade. But otherwise you are good.

Some of the platforms Unity publishes to have specific fees to access their marketplace. But that’s nothing to do with Unity.

Maybe you are using some copyright material which is what your friend was talking about? Hope not.
Otherwise Unity is free until you make 100k, just pay for the mobile store developer fees and your good.
