Is there a place on the Unity site that calls out the .NET namespaces/classes supported in Unity Pro vs Free versions?
Something like the Mono Compatibility page (http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/ScriptReference/MonoCompatibility.html) that calls out what requires Pro version?

No, because everything that is supported in Mono land in Pro is supported in Free.
