Netcode server solution

Something I’m a little unclear on. With Netcode, can you have a headless server version of a game running in the cloud that is able to run multiple games within it. So it’s an all-in-one solution of a lobby, rooms and multiple game instances within one solution. Is this feasible?

If not, how would one go about it?

Any thoughts on this?

I suppose the fundamental question is, can you have different players in different scenes, or do all players always have to be in the same scene?
