Networking Finding Hosts

I want to know if there is a way to do this with the standard unity network framework since I’ve seen frameworks such as PUN and Tnet be Ble to do this. The full question is is there a way to search for hosts/servers in the area or anywhere and be able to acces data from them such ad players and ip?

C# would be appreciated but if it is explained it should not matter

Have a Master Server if you’re using the builtin network functions.
