So I just logged onto the forums, and I noticed that the awesome header from everywhere else is now appearing on the forums too.
On the one hand, I’m sad that the Learn button doesn’t have it’s own button anymore - that’ll make it super duper hard for the newbies who want to make an MMORPG and never bother to ready anything (period) in the first place.
Other than that, though, this is awesome!

To log in without being re-directed to the accounts.unity3d.com verification page would be the icing on the cake.

If we’re lucky, they won’t find the login button either. It actually took me a moment to remember which one it was.
I was generally reserved and skeptical of the site’s changes, but it really has come together and went from a forum to a social network.

I have one question though. How do you set your avatar in other sections of the site, such as blog comments, issue tracker comments, and so on?
I think some of those other systems are using Gravatar.

I think it would be better though to have an option to set an avatar for your Unity profile, or for all the other systems to use your forum avatar.
Almost thought my mind tricked me, because it looked “different” and I couldn’t remember what the previous header looked, so I assumed it probably was there from the beginning. Nice one!

I think that’s by design. It’s supposed to look like the ‘New’ box is wrapping around the edge of the post and disappearing behind it.
