I am lazy but I’ll add that when I get a change, yeah did not want to spend too much time on this site, it took about a week and a half to complete… 
Hmm not bad, notice you used some nice free js plugins for twitter and jquery’s other than that not bad. Are you using a PHP mysql db for the news or are you just going through html typing it in.
Yeah, I used some free js like jquery. First time I use jquery, this was the perfect time for it actually. And the free twitter js. yes. I saw several websites using it so I went for it. I did try to twitter widget tool… but it’s not stable, it would not render anything at times. so I did not use that.
and about the News, well for now I am not using database, don’t want to make this too complicated for now… perhaps much later tho!!..
Ahh, yeah i see that. Lol the php db aint hard at all, would take me around 10 minutes to make it! But other than that looks nice.

I’ll be honest with you man…
I don’t even care if you use free/public scripts for website construction. As long as every piece of content on your website is original content, or has a piece of original content on it. I’ve visited NASA too much that I identify everything used in public domain originally made available by NASA. Hell, even the SCIENCE Channel (US TV Channel I think) is notorious as far as I’m concerned (and it’s BBC affiliates) of using NASA related content. Hey, other than that… As long as everything is custom made, no issue. I like originality.
Just please, for a game, free or not, try and use custom made galaxy’s. Photoshop isn’t that much, and everyone always uses the same galaxy. It’s one of the reasons I hate the marketplace, every game can be, simple, the exact same. What happened to TOTAL originality? It’s not that hard to make a fake galaxy.

Yeah I hear you on that, I agree with you about the orignially part. We are on the same page, however, we purchased this texture pack from 3D Total, we paid money so why not use it(the galaxy). In addition, those two screen shots are just temporary, we will replace them with actual game screen shots.
Please remember, we are a small indie game dev team. We are broke but we have a strong desire to make good games. We want to focus more on the games for now, Perhaps much later when we have funds we can get more original with the site.
we may not bee too original in the art area for now, but we definitely try not to violate any copyright issues which is our main concern. We like to stay clean…
other thing, we purchased the book on jquery: JavaScript & jQuery: The Missing Manual: McFarland, David Sawyer: 9781449399023: Amazon.com: Books
we used some of the jquery from that book, others scripts found online.
On thing about us, is that we do pay for many things or create it ourselves. We are not the type who use everything free, just saying.
please don’t let our website bother you, it is the least or our concerns, our game products are our main concern…
just realized, it’s not looking very nice format wise on mobile or pad devices. We may need to create a separate css with %width for it…

forgot to mention one important thing. We do this part-time work on weekends and sometimes nights when we can. We have our own professional jobs to pay bills and support family.
We don’t have a office…we work from home.
so we move like a Turtle (slow dev), but we will strike like a Lion (with our games), we believe we can make good games.

The site doesn’t look too bad, but I do suggest using a CMS if you think that you might be updating your content regularly (Though that may not be the case). When you feel the need to upgrade your website infrastructure look into, Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla, Concrete5(Simplest), each of these can be styled in any way you see fit.
