Under the covers. 10 times here means, that without Relay (which throttle bandwidth) you can send ~ 10 times more reliable messages before you will receiving NoResources error. And yes it is “almost” transparent. “Almost” means that you can stay with your old configuration and it should work well, or switch to new one (be setting Bandwidth parameter in connection config). Note: that this performance increasing will affect only communication between new clients, if you will try to connect new client with old client, your bandwidth will be limited by old client ability…
