new project does not appear in operate-tab

Hi

  • In the online-dashboard I go to the develop and create a new project.
  • then in Unity-IDE I select “I already have a Unity Project ID” and I can now choose my previously created project

but this new project does not appear in the operate-tab, why is that? oO … also, if i create a new project through Unity IDE , it never appears there.

In the develop-tab, i can see this new project. But when i click on “View” here and then on “Go to Ads” the dashboard jumps to operate-tab (which is correct) and shows me a error-msg.

on the other hand, I have a old test-project that somehow made its way to the operate-tab. but i cant see where to remove it from there(?) I already removed it in the develop-tab, but it still remains in operate-tab.

this is the total chaos, what the hell am I missing?

It could be that you are viewing a different Organization in the Operate tab. You can switch organizations from the drop down in the top right corner.

Hey, thank you for your response, but I only have one organization.

Also I have two test-projects that somehow made it into the operate-tab in the past, but they didn’t disappear although I deleted (archived) them in the develop-tab already a while ago. What is that?
