[NEW RELEASE] Physics-Based Lightning: Dynamic lightning that interacts with the environment

Electric Toad Engineering is introducing a new dynamic lightning effect: PHYSICS BASED LIGHTNING. We think this is the best lightning effect out there- at any price. The lightning detects the surface normals of the objects it comes into contact with so that it can play across the surface in an organic way. It can be strobed/intermittent, or steady and constantly twisting. The user can select the forkedness, spread, animation speed, and lots of other parameters. In addition, it uses a true volumetric closed form integral for the lightning segments - so they are not drawn lines but true volumes in space. Please go take a look and give it a try. This is the lightning we would use if we were making a AAA title!
