Hi my name is mark
three months ago I started working on a small project, i was inspired by the parsec productions version of slender and decided to attempt to make one better. This will be my first game so its not going to be anything groundbreaking but I still want to put a lot of effort into it.

The first game will be the first part of a trilogy. Basically, its about a family that gets terrorized by the slenderman. In the first game you play as michelle early in her life she had many encounters with the slenderman and her mom was eventually killed by slender. She grew up in an orphanage and eventually met michael and had a child (sara)

the story behind the character of michael hasn’t been thought of yet as well as sara

Im still looking for people to help and participate on this project. Whether you can 3d model, script, animate, or can help in anyway your welcome to pm me and join.

Hey how about insted of a slendernan rip off make the badguy an orinignal one like make a different looking character there is too many slenderman ripoffs on thiss do something original like you have a basics for a good game follow the slender man formula but make it your own like why not have the creature chasing you actully be cult members wit masks

Yeah, going on to the community that parsec is on and announcing that you’re going to rip him off “only better” is not the best way to go about making friends. The poor guy is yet to really cash in on his work and their are already thousands of you parasites. Hope you fail.

The people who warn off those who wish to make a Slenderman game annoy me more then those who wish to make them. It escapes me why people believe that Parsec has a monopoly on the Slenderman mythos, especially when Slender was a community effort. Everyone is entitled to make a Slenderman game as it is public domain. I wish you luck with your game and hope you can produce something fun to play.

Like i said this is my first game so its just something to get started and parsec wasn’t being original either, i got nothing against him, im sure he was doing the same thing as me, just making something to get started

Rip him off? That sentance can be interpreted wrong by reading it what i mean is making a slender game with more depth in it.

Im sure if you ask parsec himself he’ll admit, he didn’t put that much effort in to building the level and thats fine, he even says it was just something to start and test on, he did not probably think it was going to get as famous as it

Not anywhere in what i wrote i was trying to critcize. my intensions are to make a good game that is just as fun as slender the eight pages, hope you understand what i was trying to say

I REALLY don’t get why it annoys people when someone wants to make a slender game

first of all it was never YOUR game

second of all parsec did the exact same thing im doing the only difference is he got noticed

If i were to do a game about friggin carebares i would be looked at as a geneous

Do people have nothing to do but try to put people down if your going to comment on the game at least say something i can learn from

Why not change the Slender man to something else original that terrorizes the family? Not a character that has been used countless times in cheap knockoffs just because someone made it popular.

The trees are either way too short or the character is way too tall. The static also could be a bit more “staticy”. Otherwise it looks quite good.

im saying you have the basics for something good why not be original like have the guy chasing you be a crazy hobo or something why does it havte be slenderman the rec thing you got going there like a video cam is cool you have a great idea just try be different

Honestly, did Parsec create Slender? No. It’s not his icon, his idea. He just took the idea and made a game, sure he made it famous but when you look at other games they aren’t always original. Just leave him alone, he put time and effort into the game.

create some orjinal art and style horror games is not simple to make atmosphere and sound is too hard…

i plan on seperating myself from the rest but right now i need to really experiment with unity my plans in the future have nothing to do with slender trust me it might have to do with the horror genre but not slender… I need to get my first game out there whether its a great game or not this will be just an experiment

and if anyone felt I was disrespecting agentparsec or his game i wasn’t trying to it was just one of those things when you read it, it can be interpreted as different things

anyway for future updates i plan on posting them here
the game is pretty close to a beta testing stage so you guys will probably be one of the first few people to test the game(besides my team)
