Make a game? Just sell the tech on the asset store and rake it in lol the water could do with work looks to tiled but if they make water look as good as there sky it would be one amazing package 
It’s not made in unity, looks like they are using an engine called “Praxis”.
Got confused as that’s not stated and this is the unity forum lol wonder if they can do the same in unity. Wonder how they did it.
