New Unity Team Members: andeeee and naruse

We’re at it again y’all as we’ve once again reached into the community to find great talent to help us drive Unity and the community forward and so I’m here to let everyone know about our latest efforts:

Andy Stark (a.k.a. andeeee) has joined our team to serve as a Forum Moderator, to help us make sure that questions get answered and that the forums are a well oiled machine that folks enjoy using. Andy has long been active here on the forums, he knows Unity and he’s yet another great addition to the team.

Juan Sebastian Muñoz Arango (a.k.a. naruse) has also joined our team to serve two roles, he’s been brought on as a technical writer and to help as a forum moderator. Clearly both those roles are key to our continued success as we want our documentation and materials to be as good as possible just as we need the forums to be a valuable resource for all.

Everyone please join me in welcoming Andy and Juan on board as we think that both of them will have an immediate and noticeable impact. Those with a keen eye will notice the bit of “bling” under their names indicating their employee status and job title.

Andy, Juan: welcome aboard guys, it’s great to have you!

Awesome, re-welcome as Unity staff.

Wow, great news! Another great addition from the community to Unity

Hello!

Thanks guys  I Will be working on making a better documentation and also working/helping with your issues

I, on the other hand, will be striving to make the documentation worse and create new issues. Everyone needs a hobby, right?

LOL, and clearly they’re both fitting in personality wise!

Welcome and congratulations!

Congrats guys
AC

congrats to both and looking forward to see you in action

Fantastic - congrats to both of you.

Awesome, congratulations guys.

Congrats guys, I’ve seen a lot of help dished up from you two, and having some experts whose sole job is to help people on the forums and provide better documentation sounds excellent.

Tom, I’d be thrilled to jump in as the web design/content guy that Unity needs as my two decades of experience and awards for my print and web design work and CSS skills perfectly match what you need. But, sadly, I can’t move back to SFO at this stage of the kids lives.

I never thought I’d say I was too old but … Toronto to Cayman Islands to Vancouver to Phoenix to San Francisco to Toronto to Waterloo took it’s toll over 16 years. Bummer.

Many congrats to Juan and Andy though … excellent choices! The Unity team just keeps rocking.

PS. My aunt’s got a second really nice, restored 1953 Harley-Davidson Duo Glide - FL PanHead 74c.i. ready for you when you reach my age.

Many congrats guys!

-Jeremy
