edit: quick version:
I’m a very new user learning:
A) stay with unity 2018 because i’m following so many “old” tutorials to get basics.
B) use unity 2019 because I should learn on the newest.
Use multiple releases. Keep older ones for older tutorials. Keep the latest release for your own projects.
