Creating a Lightmap file.
The first UV is the Primary.
The Second UV is the Lightmap.
Creating an FBX file.
Delete all Cameras, Lights and Texture Locators.
Correcting Import Problems in Unity and/or your 3D application.
Merge all Vertices.
Delete any Solo single point Vertices.
Swapping the Primary and Secondary UV’s inside Unity.

I watched through all of the videos, fantastic work and a great contribution to the community! However, when you get some more free time, would you mind doing a tutorial on how you made that character in your forum avatar?

Just wanted to chime in here and say bravo, nice tutorials, you have helped me get a better grasp on somethings in Unity as well as optimization. Also I think I might have to start using Modo for my level designs.
