"New Visual Studio Project" is not there?

It says: In Unity, select from the the menu “File/New Visual Studio Project/”

But in File menu there is no such option. Where did it go?

If you set Visual Studio as the default editor in Unity’s preferences (I think it’s Edit → Preferences) then all you need to do is double-click on one of your script files and Unity will automatically create the Visual Studio project and launch it.
