Newbie quick question regarding blender models and unity manipulation

Curious if anyone with experience in Unity and Blender could give a few pointers/keywords on what to research if I was trying to build something like a roller coaster or water slide modular track that conforms to the terrain in Unity. I know there are several assets such as EasyRoads but looking for tutorials or information that I can search on google so I can learn how that process is approached.

Things like how much is done within Unity Scripts, what types of features have to be implemented with a Blender model so it can be tweaked in Unity, etc…

Well I obviously didn’t approach this correctly. I am more than likely going to purchase easy roads but the one thing I cannot find in any of these packages is something such as a bobsledding track rather than a flat surface. Being new to the 3d game world I also like to learn how some of these things are accomplished just for educational aspects.
