I’m launching game with unplugged joycons and they works. Than plug in and Unity stops detecting input.
I guess I need somehow detect this situation and register input events again.

I assume you have the Switch input system package installed?
With that installed, if input doesn’t come through with the JoyCon plugged in (regardless of when during play), that’d likely be a bug. Please file a bug report.

I guess I need to ask someone to get access to additional package for new input system with switch support.
maybe it’s connected, but now demo does not work on switch
