What does this mean I installed on the pods just like it told me to in the documentation. Please help. I was told by Unity that the Admob adapter was not installed.

Your logs look good. The log 'No adapter instantiated with: ’ is regarding a certain step that is only applicable to certain adapters with a certain subset of functionality, mainly used for determining header bidding issues. The wording is confusing though, so we will amend this for the next release.
