no auto complete + .NET warning

Hi.

I freshly installed Unity with the latest offical build (not pre release) + the Visual Studio Module.
But now its saying when I open a script I should install .NET 4.7.1 and I could use 4.6.1 for the project.

When I try to install 4.7.1 it says I already got this or a newer version installed, for 4.6.1 and 4.8 aswell.

Also I dont get any autocomplete suggestions.
When I type in something it doesnt recognize it but neither as an error. Just white text.

Did you reboot after install? I suspect you did, just checking the basics!

I had to install the Unity stuff separately in Visual Studio aswell and manage the .NET stuff there too >.>
