You have some problems with your gpu - lots of shaders failed to be created. On the other hand - Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family - i don’t really believe in intel 
I’ll poke our gpu guy to check this out, anyway
See if your drivers are up to date especially.
Intel had to do several rather heavy updates on their broken Vista and Win7 drivers for their X3k and X4k series which make a major difference.
The editor works for me on Intel 4 series GPU. The editor log contains lots of errors that it fails to load perfectly fine vertex shaders for some reason. Update your drivers?
I updated my drivers and everything works great. Thanks guys
