No .Net Framework 4.6, headaches now.

OS Environment: Windows 10
Unity Version: 5.6.0b9
IDE: Visual Studio 2017 RC
With Unity Extension for VS2015 installed
.Net Framework 4.6: Installed (Of course, 4.6.2)
Project is brand-new,
No other APIs/Packages,
But, still,

This is fucking creepy, my brain hurts.
Sorry for that “Activate Windows”, but I’m opt to reinstall my OS, if that helps.
BTW, does Unity 5.6 supports ValueTuple? It has a good combination potential with UNET, especially for State Sync, ValueTuple is struct-based and therefore we could just create SyncListStruct directly.
For sure, there are even more good stuffs with .NET Standard such as immutable collections and new System.Numerics libraries. Hopefully we can have them all in Unity 6.
Also, to the Unity Developers, would you guys upgrade and rewrite the API to PascalCase and properties instead of camelCase and Get/Set methods? I felt sick and syntactically inferior when using camelCase, yuck! It reminds me of writing stupid JavaScript, rather than high and holy C#. I have to write so many static extensions for that…

Sorry, I have hard time understanding what you’re trying to say… The .NET profile upgrade isn’t going to happen in 5.6, if that’s what you’re asking.

Really…Oh dang it.
So basically, it will have to go for 5.5 experimental scripting beta right?
Kek, sorry for that. I thought the 5.6 beta inherited 5.5 beta.
However, will there be .Net upgrade for the 5.6 official release? Or only until Unity 6?

Admin remove this thread please.

The experimental 5.5 beta you mentioned isn’t an “official beta build”, those code changes are not merged to our mainline yet. There is a build based on 5.6, though:

There will not be.
