"No operating system version found" while trying to create build target

Hi - first time using Unity Cloud Build. I have a 2D game which builds fine for windows and mac on my local machine. We are using Plastic for version control, and it is connected as an organization to Unity Version Control and shows up in the dashboard.

When I go to create a build target, it sees my version control, sees my repos, and sees my branches. It doesn’t matter what operating system I choose - mac, win32, win64, UWP - once I fill out the first Build Target screen, I get an error in red at the top that says “No operating system version found”. Screenshot attached.

I have searched and can’t find any reference to this anywhere.

Is there some configuration file that I’m missing? Any ideas? How does unity know what operating system version it is supposed to target when it builds?

Thanks a million in advance

I should add - we are normally on Unity 2022.2, but I also tried upgrading to 2023.1.7 and the exact same error happens.

If you go into the advanced target setup and select an xcode version do you still get this issue?

Hey Benjamin - it looks like this was a transient Unity Services error, now when I go to the target creation screen there is a “Builder Configuration” section (which you can see was missing in the prior screenshot) where I can choose the OS of the builder.

And now it works!

Thanks for taking time to answer, I appreciate it -

Glad it is working!
