No option for building to Windows.

For some reason, I can’t find the option to build to Windows:

I’m using Unity 5.3.04f on OSX 10.11.1.

Getting a crash error trying to install the Windows module. Do I have to reinstall Unity as well?

Update: Looks like it was just a 1 time thing. 2nd try worked fine.
