No response from Unity customer support regarding license.

Does anyone know of a phone number that can be used for paying customers? Over the past few months I have sent numerous messages via their contact page and have heard absolutely nothing back.

The question is regarding the new licensing structure. I had previously purchased Unity 5 Pro and then switched to the new licensing model before I realized they were giving a discount to existing customers…so I’ve been paying $125/month for months now when I should’ve gotten a discount and free “grace period” like everyone else.

I’m posting this here in hopes that someone from Unity either sees this, or someone has another, more reliable way of contacting them.

Bumping. I still have not gotten any answers to my questions…you’d think if you are paying $125 a month, they would have a way to contact them…do I need to just do a charge-back on my credit card to get their attention?
