Hi! I recently switched to a new PC and I’m trying to add my Unity Cloud project to Unity Hub through the ‘Add UVCS Repository’ section. This has worked for me before, and I can still see the project on Unity Cloud, but it no longer appears in Unity Hub ‘Add UVCS Repository’ section. I am the owner of the organization and can view the project on the cloud without any issues. Has anyone encountered this problem or know how to fix it? Is there any other way to download the project from Unity Cloud? Tell me if any other detail is needed to answer this question. Thanks a lot in advance.
Hello, I suddenly had the same problem transferring a project from one position to another. The only solution I found was to use the unity devop version control application to download the repository to create the associated workspace
oh, thank you, I’ll try that. Still don’t get why I can’t see my own repositories. Is this a bug?
I don’t know, but you wrote your message about when I had the problem, it must not be a coincidence. I opened a ticket on support. To follow …
I opened a ticket too
Is it ok with unity devop version control application ?
I just opened my ticket now, has anyone gotten feedback from Unity yet… (also facing the same issue)
Hello,
We are still currently debugging and trying to fix the problem because there are some other customers also affected. The issue started to happen last Friday.
In the meantime, can you please confirm whether downloading and using the full Unity Version Control client allows you to do the initial download of the repository? If it does, you can then add the project to your Unity Hub from disk.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope this workaround helps in the meantime.
I confirm that downloading and using the Unity Version Control client made downloading the project possibile, but the problem on the 3.8 version of the Unity Hub persists.
The problem seems to be solved upgrading to the beta 3.9 version of the Unity Hub. To do this, in the Unity Hub go to Preferences → Advanced and select the beta channel. After doing this, restart the editor and you should have the version 3.9 and all of you cloud repositories ready to be added.
That’s right, I just had the same answer from support and all is ok.
