No way to open my project with right version because Hub absolutely wants to upgrade it.

My project is using version 2018.2.21 of Unity, And everything was fine 2 days ago.
But for some reason, today, Unity Hub refuses to open my project with Unity 2018.2.21.

As you can see, I have the right version installed, and it matches the version of my project.
But when I launch it :

(I click no)

I have tried launching it outside the hub by opening Unity 2018.2.2 independently, but apparently it still goes through the hub because the Hub gets launched, and unity just doesn’t open.

I’ve tried to force open the project by opening a scene directly from the project’s folders, but the same thing happens exactly as when I launch my project from the hub.

I’m using the last version of the Hub. I have also tried re-installing it.

This is blocking me from doing anything and I’m getting seriously tired of this…

A few more info :

I’ve tried opening a project in 2019.2.2, and it worked without problems. I have tried re-opening my 2018.2.2 project afterwards and it still can’t.
I’ve checked if 2018.2.2 is actually installed on my pc, and it is.

Update : I solved my issue after re-installing version 2018.2.2.
I’ll leave this thread here though for the devs to see it, because this issue really sucks…
