No Windows 11 builders available

I have several build have been stuck in “Waiting for available builder” for over an hour using both

PREMIUM
16 vCPU, 128 GB memory, 4 TB disk

and

PREMIUM (w/ GPU)
12 vCPU, 110 GB memory, 1 TB disk, 7 GB video memory

Is anyone else having this problem?

It was down for about 4 hours for us, but came back eventually.
