NOOB on unity and i cant seem to download assets i purhcased

I have looked through the forums and all the previous answers were old or not explicit enough
this is my first day using unity had it for for months but have not had any time

Please help me get my assets I purchased into my current project Treat me like a idiot with very detailed info

  1. Open Unity.
  2. Open the Asset Store inside of Unity. You will find it under Window > Asset Store.
  3. Locate the package you bought, in the Asset Store window, inside Unity. (Either search for it, or check the downloads button at the top (the image of a box with an arrow on it))
  4. Click Download, or Import if the item was already downloaded.
  5. Import and enjoy!
