[Noob Question]Any ideas how on earth i would do this (advanced vehicle physics)

Hi, I have come across this video on the internet, and have become interested in creating something similar. only I have no idea how (as usual). but I suppose this question is a good test for the community. Obviously I know this sort of thing doesn’t happen overnight, and I am now reading the free car tutorial, but could someone tell me where I go after that? and which directions I should take to create something like this?

This is exactly why the Unity Asset Store is such a great resource. Download an asset that does what you want (this one is, I believe, quite popular though others are available). Tweak it, take it apart, add bits to it, learn from it.
