Noob questions about the input manager

I cant seem to figure out how you add things i the input manager. There is no create new input button. And there is nothing in the manual about how to actually add addition inputs. Thanxs for any NFO

Edit>Project Settings>Input and change the size parameter to whatever you want.

Also, you can duplicate ones that are already there, and then edit the duplicate.
