Noobie : Help with AddForce

Hi

Can anyone help me. I have been trying for hours with this problem. I have a rigidbody
sphere like a football and am trying to use AddForce to move it different angles when
it gets kicked,but it only goes 3 ways,forward,up or left. All the examples I see, uses
Instantiate and that’s not what I want. I have tried getting the transform from the player
but don’t want the football player to tilt at an angle before he kicks the ball. I am using
Javascript.
