Normal Mapping Problem

I have created a normal map in photoshop and when I try to use it in unity, I get something like this:

I don’t know if one of you know what is the problem.

what settings are you using in photoshop? What bit depth, color space (RGB vs CMYK) and file types are you using? and what import settings do you have applied to the texture?
