Normalmap causes bad result

Hello Unity-Community!

I have a problem with external created normalmap.
As you can see in the pictures, the normalmap causes a very bad looking shading.
The model with normalmap looks much better in Blender.
The Shader is “Mobile/Bumped Diffuse” and the light is a directional light with dynamic shadows.

Is there any solution for that problem?

I found out the solution of this problem.
In the settings of the normalmap-texture you have to change the Format to Truecolor.
