Not Getting License After Payment!

It’s been almost a day since I made the subscription payment and there is nothing indicating that I made the purchase except a notice from my bank. I received an email from support said the payment was still processing and if I haven’t received the confirmation email, he will look further into it. Now it’s been another 7 hours and I got nothing, no license key and no reply from the support. How long am I supposed to wait? What is happening? Hope someone from Unity see this and give me an answer. :(:frowning:

Thanks Sara, but I still haven’t got any updates except an email 3 hours ago from the support says "
I have finance looking into this and will get back to you as soon as I hear anything." Now it’s three hours and I’m still waiting. Sorry for acting impatient but I made the payment for sure and the product is not delivered. Why it is so hard for Unity to confirm a $150 payment? How much longer am I supposed to wait?
