When I commit this error occurs. I did try some solutions but not fixed.
What I did:
I didn’t add the files in error while commiting… not worked
I deleted completely these items… not worked
I checked if these items are in the cloaked list and they are not.
What should I do next?

Are you using a partial/gluon workspace?
This error normally happens when you are trying to checkin a file that already exists on the repository but for some reason was not updated in the workspace so it needs to be downloaded first before you can submit changes in this path.
