Not resumed after pause when there is SubEmitters

After calling ParticleSystem.Pause or ParticleSystem.Simulate,

If call the ParticleSystem.Play,

ParticleSystem that is set to SubEmitters will not play.

(because life does not come though I appear, a result, the particle are left to the screen all the time)

Is the method of resuming known?

It was repaired although Unity4.13 was tried.
