Not yet received Asst store publisher payout

Hi,
I am reporting with regards to my April 2023 asset store publisher payout . I have not received it since last week. Why the delays ? What is the challenge. Please advise , any way out ?

Publisher name : Chiako3d[a.k.a CGi]
Owner name : Chima Chiaka
