Notify user using a popup message(not in Unity, but Windows)

Hi,

I would really like to know if there is a way to alert the user though a Windows popup message. Se link. Is their a way to alert the user through windows just as in the picture, but with a custom message?

If you would like to notify users with the native Windows notification, consider using our asset UTNotifications, which supports not only Windows, but also Windows Phone, iOS & Android. Hope, it helps.
