Null Reference Error (27228)

I have this script:

public var Spawn = Vector3(0,10,0);
public var Player: Transform;
var Dead = true;
function Update()
{
	Debug.Log(""+Player);
	if(Input.anyKeyDown)
	{
		Network.Instantiate(Player, Spawn, Quaternion.zero, 1);  //Line 9
		Screen.lockCursor = true;
		Network.Destroy(gameObject);
	}
}

Everytime the input is received i get this error:

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Deathscript.Update () (at Assets/Scripts/Deathscript.js:9)

You get a nullreference exception because Quaternion.zero doesn’t exist. Do you mean Quaternion.identity?
