Anybody got refunds activity lately?
Have 10 refunds this month that we never requested to be done. And 8 refunds on 2nd account.
Worse than that, support simply refuses to give the details. Stating something like “If they are there, they are done properly”.
And that’s what they call a “premium” support…

They promised to investigate, I am waiting.
