am wondering why my “bullet” ball is still colliding with my capsule and knocking it back while my “is trigger” is check in my sphere collider.

Your right, if you have “is trigger” checked it shouldn’t collider. Therefore it must be another issue. Could you provide more details please such as how the movement is working (i.e gravity, script - if so what functions?), or what other relevant objects are in the scene?
Nevermind guys I forgot to “apply” the changes to the prefab
