Objects start flickering after a minute.

Using 1 sphere (Surface) radius 1 and 1 sphere (Clouds Transparent) radius 1.02 and 1 Ring around the spheres, 1 Point Light. After a minute the ring over the sphere will start flickering. When I turn off cloud sphere, the Ring stops flickering. Why is the Ring flickering, its not even close to the sphere? I noticed the shadow flickers too when I have the camera set from 0.3 to 0.1. At 0.3 the flickering of the shadow is almost gone using only the sphere surface and area light for test. It is very beautiful to look at whence its not flickering. Could this be a bug in Unity. I use soft shadows and very high resolution for shadows. I also notice the flare is also randomly flickering which I have set on my point light. What is with all the flickering? Flickering objects, flares, shadows.

Ok, I’d love to test, but where to do cap the refresh rate? Right now its at 72 FPS with 142 Draw calls with the added asteroid particle field. With everything disabled its still at 72 FPS.
