Objects stuttering/lagging on MacBook

Just about any move I make with all sorts of moving methods makes game objects stutter no matter what on my 2 MacBooks. One is Air(2012) and the other Pro(2014).
I’m only moving a little tiny GameObject in 2D and absolutely nothing else.

This is the specs of the MacBook Air-

1,8 GHz Intel Core i5
/ Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

Then I run exact same projects on Windows, they always go smoothly as expected so what’s wrong here?
Is the graphics card for my MacBooks too shitty?
I can’t think of anything else but I’m seeing many people having zero issues using older MacBooks so I’m not sure.

The result is the same when trying out projects from online tutorials. Stutter like crazy on my MacBooks and no issues at all on Windows.

I’ve been experiencing the same issue since upgrading to Unity 2017 onwards
